While the staff is very nice and quick, one customer did not recommend going there to fix their MacBook, as they were charged a diagnostic fee and an expensive price, whereas the Apple store provided a free diagnostic and quoted a lower price for the same repair. However, another customer had a positive experience, praising the knowledgeable and helpful technician who provided great advice. A third customer was also very pleased with the quick, reasonable, and successful repair of their iMac at Mobile Kangaroo.
