RAE!!! My girlfriend referred me to Rae as a color specialist that also fixes damaged hair. She transformed my chemically damaged yellow hair. She explained what the other stylist had done to my hair and what she was going to do to correct and make it healthy again. Rae asked me to be patient with her and give it time to heal. She was soooo right. From the first appointment, she corrected the color and began to deep condition my hair. No one could even tell it was chemically damaged after the first appointment. She told me the products to buy to keep it healthy throughout the process. Rae babied my hair (and me) all along the way as it took a year to completely cut out...read full review

Great place! Front desk ladies are awesome, it’s very easy to get appointments if you make them ahead of time. Estee is the one that I go to, and she is GREAT! I value her opinion and I trust her with my hair. I basically let her do what she thinks is better for me. I always leave Cloud 9 happy!
