Upon walking into the front lobby I was a bit taken not only by the smell, but by the dirt and dust as if the lobby is never cleaned, swept or mopped. Only had me wondering what their sterilization processes are behind the lobby doors. There were cobwebs on the feet of the chairs, amounts of animal hair on the chair seats and dead bugs on the floors! The young lady (red hair) at the front desk was more concerned with what was going on on her cell phone then to greet and assist those walking in.
When you walk into a medical office, no matter the practice, you expect it to be clean and sterile, we will not be returning to this location.

Dr. Hope we pulled on of my bottom molars. It’s difficult to express in words how amazing my experience with Dr. Hoeppner and his assistant Michael was compared to any dentist that I’ve seen in the past. He communicated with me, explaining exactly what he was doing throughout the procedure. And he talked to me rather than at me, which is a huge pet peeve with me. The shots to numb me were painless, as was the actual extraction

I’d definitely recommend Sister Creek Dental. I have been using a dentist in SA for the past 10 years. I was looking for a dental office closer to home and work. I saw they were accepting new patients. I sure am glad I made the appointment. The staff is very friendly. Morgan was my hygienist and she had my teeth sparkling in no time. She was very gentle, yet thorough. The dentist was informative and noticed an issue that needed attention. He explained my options and let me make the decision on which route I wanted to choose first. I will definitely recommend this practice. Thank you for such great service.

The entire staff here is amazing. My son has dental anxiety, but felt very comforted by the front desk staff, the hygienist, the dental assistant and the dentist. The general vibe of the whole office is cozy, yet sterile. Sister Creek General Dentistry is a breath of fresh air after having negative experiences with other dentists in the past. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

When I first moved here 2 years ago I needed a dentist. I did find one but it was 40 minute drive and not very convenient. I wanted one closer to my house so i chose Sister Creek. This place is fantastic! I broke a tooth , they took me in right away; need novocaine, you will never feel the needle. I've had a lot of dental work done in my life and this has been my favorite dental office. The doctors and staff are professional and I highly recomend this place for all your dental needs.

By far the BEST experience I have EVER had with dental work! Dr. Hoeppner and his assistant, Alexis, were amazing! They explained everything, answered all questions, allowed for multiple “breaks” for me, made it possible for me to hold the suction “straw” and completed three filling replacements in less than an hour! It was a pain free experience that was made even easier by their patience, great background music and singing! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The staff is very friendly, I went in because I was having severe tooth pain. Come to find out one of my molars cracked, and it was infected. The doctor set up an extraction date two days later. Once that tooth was pulled, my pain was gone. The Dr. was very gentle and explained everything he was doing throughout my procedure.. I would definitely recommend coming here for any type of dental maintenance or emergency.
