We have known Deb and Heston for years. We have never will never will any other service. We never have had reason to test their integrity. When sent notice for service if we can’t be home we leave the door unlocked. We never have looked at the amount withdrawn from our bank. Not only was James prompt, professional and courteous, he took the time to call me to let me know what he'd done and what to do next since I was not personally on the property at the time of his visit. We had some ants in our kitchen at the time and they were gone almost instantly. Our house has remained pest-free for months. I've also used Pinnacle on other properties I owned wish issues like scorpions and tarantulas and they've always come through!
