The staff at Pampered Pooch are the most caring and hands-on people I have ever met! I left my young cat with them for over a week, and he was as happy as I have ever seen him, in their care. They followed my instructions to the letter, and were so affectionate and caring with him. I recommend them HIGHLY! ❤
Love love love this place! They made boarding 5 pets I love so much a stress free experience! From the planning and phone calls with Diane to the actual boarding was truly awesome! They posted pictures of my babies everyday which let me see they were actually enjoying themselves as well! Pampered Pooch is my go to from here on out!!
We have taken our past pups to PPS before and just took our new baby there for the first time! They gave her the sweetest welcome and made her feel comfortable right away! Never have they disappointed us in the way they care for and love our pups. It’s very reassuring that they post and give progress reports during their stay as well. We have also done the daycare/bus ride once before and it was a hit as well. I seriously cannot recommend PPS enough, and a special thanks to Mrs. Karen for being so helpful and easy to stay in contact with before and during Millie’s stay! Top notch service and experience.
