Seen after back pain from muscle injury. My assigned Therapist was Jill, and she was fantastic; she answered all my questions and corrected my form during exercises so that I left understanding exactly how to do them at home to hopefully prevent another painful event. Now I'm prepared to continue my own therapy at home. The Receptionist and all other staff members were very pleasant, professional and helpful.

I've been receiving therapy at Momentum in Floresvile for a few weeks. Let's start with the staff they are great. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and have helped me tremendously. I've stopped complaining about my pain and have been in a much better mood. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs therapy. Great job all.

It's a little late in in saying this. I am Robert N., a senior. About 2 years ago, I sprained a muscle in my hip and could hardly walk. My MD recommended physical therapy. I chose Momentum Physical Therapy Floresville where I met Troy and his staff. After a few weeks of therapy, I was able to walk normally again. Troy and his staff were great.Unfortunately. I sprained my hip a few months ago. I knew I needed physical therapy again. Luckily for me, Troy and his staff were still at Momentum in Floresville.
