Please do not trust this business. I cashed a live check from them. The people who answered the phones are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to call their parent company to help pay off my loan. They are not up to par with technology. They don't give you access to an online payment system. You're not able to check your account status online or make payments online, As soon as the new month comes. They start calling harassing you every day to make a payment. You are only able to make a payment over the phone or go in person which makes it inconvenient. My biggest regret is trusting them. I only cashed that live check to help my credit with consistent payment on my credit and they've ruined that by the poor relationship they've had with me. I don't even trust these people enough to pay off my loan. What makes it harder is that they seem to play around when it comes to consumers credit. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit. I am going to be very loud about this. when it comes to my credit. I will not stand idle allowing these ladies to get away with poor business ethics. They shouldn't have access to consumers credit if they're not even up to date with an online payment system.
