Please do not trust this business.
I cashed a live check from them.

The people who answered the phones are extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had to call their parent company to help pay off my loan.

They are not up to par with technology. They don't give you access to an online payment system. You're not able to check your account status online or make payments online, As soon as the new month comes. They start calling harassing you every day to make a payment. You are only able to make a payment over the phone or go in person which makes it inconvenient.

My biggest regret is trusting them. I only cashed that live check to help my credit with consistent payment on my credit and they've ruined that by the poor relationship they've had with me.

I don't even trust these people enough to pay off my loan. What makes it harder is that they seem to play around when it comes to consumers credit.

I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit. I am going to be very loud about this. when it comes to my credit. I will not stand idle allowing these ladies to get away with poor business ethics.
They shouldn't have access to consumers credit if they're not even up to date with an online payment system.

There staff is amazing been getting loans from excel finance for over a year and will continue to come back also recommended a few family and friends as well .. thanks ladies for your hard work and for making my loans happen ..

The girls here are amazing! Friendly & they make you feel welcomed. The place is also clean. I would recommend this place to anyone in ever need of a short term loan. They greet you with kindness & are eagerly ready to help you with your needs. Irene displays true leadership. Great job girls!
