Jeff came out for our first pest control service and overall the customer service was great. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer our questions and explain what he was doing.
the service itself and how he treated us as customers definitely stood out.
Looking forward to seeing how things go moving forward.
Not sure if this the branch he works out of, but had Samuel out for service today and he was very thorough and extremely friendly. I am pleased with the level of service I have received so far from this company, and pricing is very competitive.
The technician that just treated my home was Samuel McDonakd and he did an excellent job. He was friendly and told me everything he was doing before he did it. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received.
