“I called this office to see if they took my insurance, they said yes. They said give me your insurance info and I'll call to get info and call you back. They did just that and called back right away. Told her what I needed to be seen for and she said they have an opening today. That was a big shock! We booked the appointment, I went in, filled out paperwork, got called to the back. The assistant was very nice and helpful, she explained everything to me that she was going to do. Very professional about it. Dr came in, introduced himself, took a look at what needed to be done. Explained what he was going to do. Gave me some options of what I wanted to do. They worked with me and explained everything as they went. The whole office staff were great, nice, helpful. I got my procedure done, told what I needed to do and if I had any problems, don't hesitate to call. Got my follow up appointment made with ease. Would definitely recommend this office for dental work.”
