Excellent service from Roy, Hailee and (intern) Katherine were a genuine pleasure to work with. We had great communication from this team, great output and super duper attention to our changes along the way. My first email with Roy was just amazing. He answered my questions from my very first email, then replied again with even more detail. That set the tone for the whole process for our plans. We started with a piece of graph paper and now have a complete set of plans to build our dream home (third forever home).
