Ryan was very helpful and informative. I was unaware that The Right Choice is only an HVAC company. They install units only. My install needed services BEYOND that. Duct work, insulation and repair was needed in order for my unit to run efficiently. I appreciate how thorough he was advising what was needed to support this brand new unit. So now, I’m needing to hire someone to take on job #2. He did send over an invoice for this additional work however they work with an outside vendor in which I can shop around for myself. The technician did an outstanding job, checking all parts of our heating and air-conditioning system and providing recommendations to keep the system running at the highest quality performance.
