Dave and team are simply amazing. If there was a sixth star they deserve it as well. Dave has a personalized service, he personally resolved All questions we had and above all was a joy to work with. Buying a home is such a stressful process but Dave really excelled at making us a priority, having everything ready and we even closed three days before expected!!! I worked with Mr. Jacquart on an initial improvement loan and a subsequent refi (on the same property) in 2018 and 2021. I was dreading this process if it was the same as 20+ years ago (first loan); however, Mr. Jacquart put me at ease and then lived up to his word.
