Great experience with LTR. Project was turnkey with very little for me to do with insurance company. Crew was professional, communicative, on time, and fast, while also giving us a high quality roof - hard to get all of that from a contractor. Joe Mauro, our rep, is the best. Lifetime Roofing recently replaced our roof in Grapevine. Tommy was great to work with, responded to questions timely, went out of his way to assist and even helped us choose a new roof color to enhance our home. During the install his crew chief saw that rain was in the forecast so he called in another crew and finished the roof in one day. Great company, great people and wonderful to work with.
