I remember with my mom's house years ago it took a couple of days to replace the roof and it seemed a huge headache before, during and after. Firehouse had an amazing team that had the old roof off and the new one on by the end of the day. They also put down special tarp netting to catch materials that came off the roof so we haven't had any issues with finding stray nails or other pieces in the yard.
