Jake Murray with Executive Exteriors was great to work with from day one. He handled the insurance claim from start to finish. He’s very prompt returning calls/texts and we never had any unanswered questions. When he said he would be here, he always was. It was a real pleasure working with him. We recently replaced our aging roof with dimensional shingles after noticing curling and discoloration. The company walked us through material choices and timeline expectations before starting. The installation took about three days, and the crew kept the area surprisingly clean throughout. Compared to our old roof, this one looks much more durable and gives the house a refreshed appearance. They also addressed ventilation and flashing to ensure everything functions properly. It’s a big project, but the end result feels solid and reliable, especially knowing it’s built to handle future weather conditions.
