Excellent service from Willard and David, our technician! They kept us informed as to when David would arrive. He showed up on time and installed the parts that were ordered. Good experience!

I've had Willard for years. Since their merger with Boone's Heating and Cooling, I have not been disappointed with the additional services the merger made available to me. Kaylie Grandll recently served my HVAC unit. She was thorough and patient. I felt like she was willing to answer each of my questions and represented Willard well.

I remembered them from their TV ads so thought I would give them a try when I needed some help with my toilet. They didn't respond to their website request I put in so I had to call them. They did respond same day sending out a tech. I was very surprised at the price of $500+ to fix my toilet but didn't want to have to pay the service call and then try to get another company out so I let their tech go ahead. I feel the products they used to fix the toilet was no more expensive than $50.00 and tech was done in 45 minutes so hate to think how much I overpaid for the work but not my area of expertise. Paid by card and never got a copy of the receipt or what the warranty was o the work. I had to call their office to ask for a copy of the receipt and asked someone to get back to me on the warranty of their work. Still waiting........ For the price they charged and the low cost material they used, I doubt I will be contacting them in the future. October 7, 2024 I received a telephone call from Williards explaining that they did an overcharge and refunded me a reasonable amount that made the service work done somewhere around a normal charge. What I failed to still get was a written understanding of the warranty on the work performed which I responded to their refund email multiple times asking for this and I still have not received. I am sorry but I just don't feel 100% good regarding this process and probably will not contact them if I need work in the near future.
