Connie exceeded my expectations. She listened to my hair issues and with her long-term experience, she was able to give me the perfect cut for me. Kept it long but thinned it out a lot. A weight has literally been lifted off me! So happy with my hair cut!

I’ve been to the Hair Salon in Fairview location 3 or 4 times and every time I went & tried different stylist. They all messed my hair bad- I am very disappointed & frustrated. I would not recommend to go there 😡. My recent hair stylists are Sabrina and Tina they doesn’t know what the hell they were doing with my hair - she chopped all my hair off & choppy looking. She did not blend in my layers - VERY BAD. I gave 4 chances but still not good at all 😡😡😡

I am only giving 1 star because no stars is not an option. Both my mom and I had appointments with Sabrina and Tutu. Tutu was designated as a Master Stylist. I was prepared to pay more because my hair is thick and I wanted a really good silk press. My mom’s hair turned out beautifully (note —her person was not designated as a master stylist). My hair looked an absolute mess (well in truth my mom’s is flat ironing it as we speak) when I left.
I am incredibly frustrated and upset that someone who is a master stylist did such a crappy job.
I am a former JCPenney employee. I am surprised at this caliber of employee. I left a tip because she provided a service —not a good service —-but a service nonetheless.
Tutu shouldn’t be a master stylist —certainly not for a silk press.

I took my sister in law (new client) to JCPenny Salon for a haircut & blow dry and when booking online, we were quoted $55. Online it shows Theresa as a SENIOR designer, not a master and we booked keeping that in mind as we had a coupon to use. During the service, she was fine with us but very rude to another stylist working besides her. When it came time to pay, she claimed she was a MASTER stylist and had no proof to support that and refused our coupon. While we’re trying to wrap our heads around that, she charged an extra $15 for the length of the hair (without telling us). NONE of this was communicated prior to starting the service. She pushed us to pay and didn’t give us any breathing space. She told us “it’s better to pay more and get a good haircut, rather than pay less and get a cheap haircut”. The money wasn’t the issue - it was the pure lack of communication. 2/10 - Add an extra $15 and go to Tangerine Salon at Watters Creek.

Teresa @ JCPENNEY/Fairview, is a very nice stylist. She treats all of her customers with the upmost respect. I never gotten any services from her, but I've notice that she does a really good job with coloring and haircuts.

My wife and I went to Theresa Flores and was very pleased with perm(wife) and my hair cut. Theresa is very up to date and professional. Explains what she’s doing and lets you decide what you would like. We recommend her highly!

Desperately needing a cut, I chose to make an appointment with Evelyn, having never met her before. What a great choice. She was very patient and talked through different options before and while she cut. I have never had so many comments/compliments on my hair before. I will definitely be back!
