I locked myself out of my truck at work with the engine running! I only had to wait about 10 minutes and a beautiful soul named Mike showed up and got my truck open! I will absolutely recommend this tow truck company to any and everybody I know I'm so grateful for my rescue.
My Trailer tires are 17.5 and if you know anything about tires they are the world's worst to try And do with just one guy. I was very impressed with Glynn. On top of the tire, he had to deal with a low clearance trailer close to the ground. He done a excellent job. Didn't even seem to aggravate him. Then, he pointed out to me that my hubcap was throwing a little hub oil. He replaced the plug for me. And then check the hub oil in all of my hubs. Added oil if needed. I had a bad experience while driving from Houston to Dallas
We ended up stuck in a lane on i45, unable to move or put the car in neutral. Between the other wonderful ppl we stopped to help, and Tim from Texas Towing, I ABSOLUTELY know that there are angels/good ppl. Thank you Tim for saving us, ensuring we were safe before you left, and the great tips you gave us. Thank you and I would for sure use them again.
