We had an issue with bath water not draining away which no shop bought chemicals could resolve. When Carl from Drain Doctor arrived, he quickly diagnosed a much larger limescale buildup problem using a camera survey. He spent several hours descaling the entire pipework and kept us informed throughout the process. He cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work he had to undertake.
I would thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor based on this experience.

avoid this company. they sent an engineer out who did not solve the issue, and also missed a next visit. Lewis who works is an absolute horrible excuse for a person. disgusting attitude and was unhelpful to say the least.

Damage to bathroom and intimidation when confronted. Absolutely would not recommend. Pity. Because it was fixed. But absolutely abysmal service. Could not care

Drain doctor came out to my home and fixed my sewer line and repaired it at a great price.I asked him to do an inspection on my water heater due to finding water in the pan and he found where the leak was coming from.It was not fixable so he quoted me a price and it was a great deal.He installed it right away and I appreciate his attention to detail.Services: Water heater repair

Steve had completed repairs on the home we purchased prior to closing. He was able to troubleshoot what another plumber said couldn't be done. After that, he replaced leaking valves, installed toilets, installed an automatic shutoff valve amongst others. He is a master plumber and his experience shows. He is honest, excellent at what he does, and pricing has been extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I set up 3 appointments to get a bid and Steve did not show up for any of them. He actually called when he missed the first one 20 minutes after he was supposed to show. He never even called on the last 2 to say he wasn't coming.

We were selling our house and signed the contract with the buyer. The buyer did the inspection and found out our Jacuzzi drained too slowly. So I hired a contractor to fix. He found out it was the builder who did not build the plumbing right in the first place. He estimated more than $3000 to fix it. We decided not to fix it. so we cleared up the pipe to make the tub drains a little faster hoping the buyer would accept it. Unfortunately, the buyers pointed out this problem again on their final walk through and threatened the postponement of closing if we don't fix it. We only got one day left. My agent called Steve. Steve came the second day although he was already busy on that day. He worked until 11 pm and finally got the problem fix. He only charge a little over $1000. I would definitely recommend him and use him for my future plumbing needs.

Honest and trustworthy. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost. Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work. Will be using him again.
