Dropped off my Avalanche 2500 on a Saturday, no appt, and the place was BUSY.
I had been hearing my brakes grinding. I picked up new pads and rotors, all the way around, prior to arriving, had them in the back seat. Spoke with Mo. fantastic guy, with great customer service skills. He was very friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Left the truck in their hands,
I got a text back, in an hour and a half, (exactly as stated, which I wasn’t sure was possible) saying your vehicle is ready. Brakes are perfect. Thanks TSSC, for being dependable, I’ll be back
this place is phenomenal. i work around mechanics and ive seen the tricks that shops can put on people and this place steers clear of that. adam is the freaking man getting me taken care of in a timely manner. i will never go to another place for any of my car needs because these guys have a customer for life now. dont believe me. just go find out for yourself next time you need anything done to a vehicle. whoever runs this shop is doing it RIGHT!!!
They always take good care of us. Service is prompt, accurate, and reasonably priced. We wanted a complete assessment of our van and they delivered. We needed new tires and they gave us good options at different price points.
