pulled into the parking lot due to my tire going flat while on my way to an Emergency Room due to a pregnancy loss scare, (baby is ok) although i was not able to get seen which is understandable; they offered to call an ambulance but i felt like i was okay to wait for my husband, the Supervisor kept me company while i waited for my husband to arrive and even after he arrived we were continuously checked on and they offered ice cream to my 4 year old son and I, really cool, made me feel very cared for and special. if i could switch clinics for my obgyn visits i would definitely come here!!! best JPS i've ever been to thus far. thank you so much JPS team for all that you've… read full review

The front desk staff has always been professional and efficient. As a whole it's a good clinic. However the doctor I have had experience with is out of line. Some of the behavior has been less than professional and when examining my patients notes and summary I could not believe the amount of absolute false content. Times it said I talked to a doctor or nurse when it's not possible for that to be true. Check your mychart people. Read after summary notes. Unreal.

The behavioral health division of this clinic leaves much to be desired. The regular office staff is wonderful. The front desk ladies work together like a well oiled machine and the nurses/MA's are great. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alphonso. She is a seasoned veteran and in all years of my own treatment with multiple providers, she was the first that really SAW and HEARD me.
I understand JPS is a teaching facility. I'm glad they are helping more mental health providers gain their license and practice, we need that. But having to train a new provider every few months as the residents pass through is getting old. Prescription for my child, also a patient… read full review
