The office staff is highly praised for their helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist. The medical team, including Dr. Badidi, is known for being professional and caring, taking the time to listen and address patient concerns. Patients also appreciate the convenience of completing many tasks during a single visit, such as blood work and medication pickup. The pharmacy staff, including Alison, provides friendly and respectful service, ensuring prescriptions are ready on time. The front desk staff at eligibility are also recognized for their kindness and efficiency in helping patients start their coverage.
The behavioral health division of this clinic leaves much to be desired. The regular office staff is wonderful. The front desk ladies work together like a well oiled machine and the nurses/MA's are great. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alphonso. She is a seasoned veteran and in all years of my own treatment with multiple providers, she was the first that really SAW and HEARD me.
I understand JPS is a teaching facility. I'm glad they are helping more mental health providers gain their license and practice, we need that. But having to train a new provider every few months as the residents pass through is getting old. Prescription for my child, also a...read full review
Amazing location. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Imaging is kind and helpful. Pharmacy staff is awesome, drive thru so convenient. Lab staff are the absolute best. Wait times vary, but never long. It's very clean. Parking lot has adequate parking, drop off location is a plus.
We love and adore Dr Erica Vance she treats our babies like they are her own!!!
We drive from Frisco and refuse to change providers! Thank you for being top notch for our babies!!!!
