Dr. Sivakumar took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Her gentle approach helped ease the anxiety I had about getting dental work done. You can see that patient care is a top priority here.

Do not go here for dentistry work! Avoid! I repeat. Avoid unless you want to have an appointment canceled by the office multiple times. On top of that, the office staff at the front desk is incredibly rude.
I had an appointment scheduled for next Monday for the past six months. They called yesterday to cancel on me. It is infuriating because this is not the first time—it’s about the fourth time that this has happened to me over the past two years that I’ve been there. When I asked why, she said that the dentist would be out of town. Why was I scheduled so many months ago when you knew your own schedule? Then the office staff became very rude by raising her voice when I questioned her. I felt like I had inconvenienced her. So incredibly rude.

Had a great cleaning done, was helped with getting assistance with buying some partials. Was disappointed when I called and asked to speak to Sierra was told she would return my call yet she never did.

The front office has a lot of attitude issues, especially the Hispanic lady in the front sitting on the left side. Instead of helping she will throw attitude at you and with no intensions to help. Wonder if she knows how to help anyone.. didn't see her doing that for anyone since I have been visiting. Plz employ people who know how to help clients instead of making their lives miserable. Such people only become a reason for earning organizations they work for 1 star.

Dr Nithila Sivakumar don’t know how to deal with patients. Just telling patients that i do not feel comfortable doing if you need a deep cleaning. Regular cleaning everyone deserve it. But it is always patients right to choose what they want to do or not. They just want different ways to earn money. Highly disappointed and avoid this place. I’ll be reaching out to my insurance, FDA, HHS and State of Texas to investigate this laser system.

Dentist office refused treatment because I refuse sign a document improperly bundling marketing policies agreement with HIPAA acknowledgement and threatened to call 911 within 40 seconds of a calm conversation when I informed them I was recording because they were violating HIPAA law. I fortunately had them on recording confirming the violation and was able to submit a complaint to the HHS Office for Civil Rights and State Dental Board.

Dr Paul Arnal and staff is exceptional! Karen was friendly, quick and gentle when taking xrays which is not always the case with previous providers used. The same goes with Dr Arnal. He is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and continually keeps you informed with each step as he performs a procedure. Excellent! I definitely recommend this office and staff!
