It’s a nice gym if you wanna work on your skills and technique or you want to try a hobby on the side, it’s great And the people and the coaches are nice as well. There’s a youth class too and an adult adult advance overall, it’s nice and I love it. Everyone in the coaches there.

I’ve known Coach Juan and Coach Vinny for nearly 10 years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only are they experts of their craft, they are genuine people who teach more than just technique. The team is full of amazing fighters constantly helping each other improve, choosing this gym is one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made.

It has been the best place for me. The coach takes his time on students that want to learn. Ever since I join this team I stop paying for therapy. It has help me be strong for the weak and an example for the strong. And my thoughts have developed not only in self confidence but also in self control of my bad habits
