Great guys at Fergusons. I have worked with Ferguson's Las Vegas area. Awesome team. Quality product. I was looking for a tankless water heater, but the one I wanted although it was in their computer, was not in stock. Knowing I was at my deadline and needed a comparable replacement. The guys went to work. They found that missing wh unit! And I got a huge discount on it! Thanks Guys!

It was Saturday. They were short staffed, and had an apparently unexpected rush of customers.It was clear that the staff was being diligent, which I appreciated. Although their listing says open until 12:30, they locked the door at noon.I had arrived at 11, and finally was helped at 12:15.They were helpful, polite and professional. Even in a hard circumstance, they managed to keep the situation light. Some of my fellow customers made jokes about how they had aged while waiting, and the staff laughed along with us all.

I wish I remembered the supervisor's name that sold us a power tool. He was very personable, knew so much about the product and took the time to explain the warranty in detail.
