I needed a ductless HVAC system for my 1200 sq ft shop so I called Paul to set up an appointment so he could come and provide an estimate. He came out on time, and the next day emailed me a very detailed estimate. It was very competitive with the other estimates I got. We agreed on a start date and again they showed up on time. Alex and Billy did the installation on the system. The install went very smooth and was professionally done. After the install, Alex gave me a rundown on how to operate the unit. My overall experience with these folks was very pleasant and I would highly recommend calling these guys before you commit to someone else.

I highly recommend Complete Cool Air for your HVAC needs! The owner, Paul Levi, and his staff are a fair, efficient, effective, and highly skilled team that live up to the company name. They even had to replace extra ductwork between floors to ensure complete airflow throughout our house. These guys did a fantastic job when other AC companies didn’t want to do the necessary ductwork with a new HVAC system. I’m very excited about my new American Standard systems and am impressed with Complete Cool Air for persevering with integrity and commitment to doing whatever it took to make sure our new systems were cooling completely throughout our house! I’m also relieved that they will continue to check and service our HVAC systems to ensure they’re running properly with clean filters and freon every 6 months!
