My granddaughter and I love the dentist at this location, but a bit disappointed with the front staff. Let me explain: today I had jury duty, so I couldn't go in with my granddaughter. I had to have someone else take her. Well, I get home around 3, and my granddaughter tells me she didn't get a school excuse, so she called the office and was put on hold for an hour. She's frustrated, so I told her I would call. Well, guess what? I was on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up then called back, and no answer this time—just got put on hold. The dentist was good but getting a hold on the front office is very irating for two days I've called and the hang up and don't answer so for May 11 12 and today the 13 they pick the phone up and hang up on my this is so much of a haste they need new people at the office this is ridiculous!!!! I had my surgery Wednesday and I was supposed to get antibiotics and a pain medication from CVS, I had to wait till Friday to get my medicine because they were closed on Thursday and the number we called said, they would send emails to someone and to give them 10 hours to get it fill....really!!! I went up to the dentist on Friday to ask them to send it in.
