Brident dentists are fine but the the front office staff and medical assistants are clueless. I’ve had misscheduled appointments, one person had a completely different insurance company on file, another who was taking X-rays asked me if I was a new patient. I replied…no, don’t you have my previous X-rays on file? She looked it up and said oh yes, now I see. They just don’t seem on top of things or are just trying to make pleasant conversation and don’t realize how clueless they come across.

I enjoyed my visit today. Grace was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and explained the information clearly. I just wanted to make it be known. I will be coming back to this office.

I have seen such a decline in professionalism especially with management and front desk. One of the hygienist or dentist (not sure) was really nice and friendly but everything else about this place is horrible. They don't pick up whenever I need to make appointments and are closed when it clearly states they are open online. This place needs to be fixed up.
