OH MY GOD SEITH WAS ON TIME COMING, HE WAS POLITE, A GENTLEMAN, HE EXPLAINED THINGS BEFORE AND AFTER HE DID THE WORK.HE EXPLAINED TO ME TO RUN HOT WATER AFTER I WASH DISHES. I GIVE HIM A 10 HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.
