My husband and I just started here. We like the atmosphere and I like having a space to stretch and do other exercises in the open room. It doesn’t feel intimating like some gyms can.

The gym is really great. People help you And I hate to use the word cozy but that's what it is and has 2 levels but they could use a little bit more personal service to new customers because some of the machines I didn't understand how to use and the guy was real fast pace but he did show me how to use it. This gym is for serious people trying to get fit.

Amazing this will be the only gym I ever go to again fitness center is awesome the tanning beds are amazing never seen anything like it.... if you do not have a membership you need one like today!!!!
