My capacitor went out and I gave them a call. I had Preston show up with in an hour and was very professional and talked me through a few preventative measures. Outstanding company.
It was a holiday weekend. The owner stayed on the phone with me to walk me through some troubleshooting. After we worked that through he can out and fixed the HVAC problem. Preston the owner is the man!!!!
UPDATE 3/15/26. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We recently had a serious and expensive repair to our system. The dedication and professionalism of the gentlemen working on the problem was inspiring. This is how businesses should be run!
