I cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown by Wilson-Orwosky Funeral & Cremation during one of the most difficult times for our family. From my very first conversation with Jordon, I was met with genuine care and understanding. She was incredibly patient and kind — truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken with. The team went above and beyond to care for my sister and to ensure every detail was handled with dignity and respect. They even helped make arrangements for her beloved dog, which meant the world to her. Losing my sister so suddenly was devastating, but having a team that treated her and our family with such empathy brought us comfort when we needed it most. I will always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed us throughout the process.

Phillis was very helpful & sympathetic to our lose. She opened her heart to us and any personal questions she asked was simply to get to know our loved one a little better so that she could speak for us at the service with knowledge of who our Mother really was.
