After having a bad experience with a different propane company Potts Gas Co really came through with the win. Every part of the team and process was great. They really did go above and beyond.

One of thee best experiences I've had in doing construction out here in Emory. Top notch professionals, communication, quality, and oldschool craftsman.Haven't had that much fun spending money in a long time.. thank you guys so much wish you all the BEST!

Thrilled to be Potts Gas client. Last year during Snowmageddon, all my friends who had Potts had their propane tanks full and we waited for Ferrell Gas for WEEKS after the storm before we could get a refill. Potts took care of existing customers during that time, but I knew I needed to change for this season. We recently established new service and they have been very nice and accommodating. No more twenty minute plus hold times and lackluster customer service from Ferrell! Even got a nice note thanking me for being a customer! Nice to work with folks that appreciate the business. Do yourself a favor and make the change. You won’t be disappointed!
