Thrilled to be Potts Gas client. Last year during Snowmageddon, all my friends who had Potts had their propane tanks full and we waited for Ferrell Gas for WEEKS after the storm before we could get a refill. Potts took care of existing customers during that time, but I knew I needed to change for this season. We recently established new service and they have been very nice and accommodating. No more twenty minute plus hold times and lackluster customer service from Ferrell! Even got a nice note thanking me for being a customer! Nice to work with folks that appreciate the business. Do yourself a favor and make the change. You won’t be disappointed!

Get my 30lb bottles filled all the time at Potts in Emory, they provide great service each time. Recently leased a 250 gallon tank and they installed it with no issues.Great Company!
