Potts Gas Co

We own a 250 gallon propane tank and have used Potts to service tank for about 6 years. Every single experience has been stellar. Jessica is sweet as sugar and goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is treated like friends and family. We simply call the office, give our name and address and before we know it, our tank is full. Charles is always super efficient and quick to deliver and refill. This weekend (Saturday morning) we smelled gas around our tank and suspected a gas leak. Even though the office was closed, Brennan jumped right in to help and got us fixed up. We switched to Potts more than a year ago and have been so happy we did! They’re super friendly, the owner even called me after we switched to thank me and introduce himself. One of their guys came and checked out our gas fireplace because I thought it wasn’t running right. He cleaned it and assured me it was in good working order. They installed a sensor on our tank that I can monitor with an app so we both always know when it needs filled. The lady who answers the phone is always very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent—they showed up when they said they would, made the necessary adjustments, and came back to make sure everything was taken care of.
