Left previous 5 star review but after reading some bad reviews from a year or more ago, I wanted to be sure new prospective customers knew that (per my understanding) those were during a time that a new owner had “purchased” the company and unfortunately was not reliable and was doing a poor job. After damage was done the company was turned back over to the original owner and has since been what it was and should have been. Fortunately I didn’t have any dealings with them during that short period and am thankful they’re back and doing a great job!

L&L plumbing & Septic in Emory have always bent over backwards when I’ve needed help!! Kim, David, Jason & others are great!!
This last time my 40 yr old Septic System Control Box switch had worn out among other issues. Kim got me a new ordered, came in quickly and Jason came out to install it.
Was a pleasure meeting with Jason and he did a great job!! L&L fit us into their schedule on a day they were booked fully. The technician they sent to our home was thorough and explained what he was doing and how the septic system worked. It was a great education. When we have a septic system need I will be calling L&L Plumbing and Septic.
