James and Melissa showed up within 30 minutes of our initial call. 75 gallons of aquarium water had leaked into 3 rooms and soaked hardwood floors, carpet, furniture and countless other items. After a quick assessment they collected necessary equipment and had it set up and working within the hour. They began the process of documenting in great detail the extent of the damage that was crucial to support the insurance claim. The following days saw Freedom coordinating on-site storage pod delivery, packout and storage of all salvageable items and disposal of all damaged items. Carpet, padding, oak flooring, subfloor, sheetrock, trim and about 3000 pounds of rock around the fireplace were all removed and disposed of by Freedom. Once rooms were cleared out, additional dehumidifiers and fans were placed and the dryout phase began. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The reports and estimates generated are clear, thorough and formatted to work seamlessly with insurance and other contractors. Their experience in this process helped make navigating our disaster much less overwhelming. Immediately it was obvious that they were well versed in dealing with a flooded house. The Freedom team worked very late that first evening to mitigate further damage. They have always returned calls or texts quickly, no matter the day or time. We could not have asked for a better experience during a very trying time !!

We had a dishwasher drain hose come off in the middle of the night while it was running a 4 hour cycle. Contacted Freedom Flood &Fire. They came out same day. They assessed everything, set up machines, packed our house up, demo all the damaged cabinets and sheeteock, and cleaned up. After a few days our house is completely dry and ready to move back in. They answered all our questions, every call and text, even on a Sunday. very professional, very polite, trustworthy. highly recommend them.
