I called Clark Heating and A/C to inspect my AC unit. They showed up on time and explained everything they did during the inspection. A week later, I had an issue with my AC (turns out it was my thermostat). I called, and Roger sent his guys out AT NO CHARGE. His technicians spent TWO HOURS at my house trying to figure out what was wrong, and they finally determined it was the thermostat. Roger told the technicians not to charge me for the thermostat and to let it run over the weekend to make sure it was the thermostat, and that I could pay for it once we determined it was the right fix.

We love Clark Heating & Air so we have them come out once a year to perform maintenance on our AC unit. They came out and were very thorough to make sure we are covered for the hot summer days coming. Very courteous, professional and reasonably priced.
