Prompt service, professional and knowledgeable. He took great care of my 80 year old parents all thru phone communications as I live out of town. Dont find much great customer service anymore so that’s a plus for me!

Very prompt & responsive . Called him in the am to see if he could check my AC & asked for an afternoon appt ( if possible ) he was able to squeeze me in & fixed my AC within 20 min . An absolute lifesaver ! Will be a customer from now on .Service: A/C system repair

New to Texas called alot of ac companies. Most major name companies won't name them but they were my first choice for this reason. I was not happy dealing with them there names seem better than there business practices. I felt like most were mostly concerned with selling you something you didn't need. So after many disappointments we found Rudys a.c expecting another disappointment but to our surprise he really too the time with us inspecting our problem and giving us the diagnosis and how to remedy our problem.
