As a Realtor that has been in the housing market for over 28 years, I need companies I can trust. Whether it’s a painter, lender, or handyman, I need companies that treat my clients as well as I do. I have used this company and Bill on my personal home, as well as many of my clients home.
He is incredibly quick to respond, and his communication is second to none. His honesty is really appreciated, as he will be very direct when repairs or replacement are not needed. I couldn’t recommend a company more strongly.
Contacted Bill Sprauer Roofing company to get a inspection for my roof after the wind storm we had in May. Had no idea that I had as much damage until I seen the pictures. My insurance company met with Bill and they paid for the roof replacement. Very responsive and kept me updated through the whole process. Roof looks great.
I called multiple roofing companies and I knew right away that Bill had my best interest in mind. All the other companies were very pushy and it felt like I was being over sold. Once I called Bill back my roof was installed within days. From the time I confirmed to the time they completed the roof was literally 8 days. His son David was here early to watch over the whole project until finished. Clean up was spot on.
