We had a new roof installed by a different company and had leaks within the first year. Called Bill with Elgin Roofing Co. to come out and take a look at making repairs. (The original roofing company didn't answer our calls/texts because it was a Saturday.) But Bill answered. Came out within 2 hrs of our call and repaired our roof that same day. (More rain was expected on Sunday and he didn't want us to have more damage.) He then helped advocate for us with the original roofing company by providing us with pictures from the roof of the sub-par work and even of other areas that needed to be corrected, as well.) Excellent service, was very prompt, and easy to communicate, bill sent the workers the next hour I requested and job was very well done. Would use bill for any future roofing needs.
We called Sprauer Roofing for a repair on our roof, and our project manager, David and Bill Sprauer were able to replace my entire roof with the help of my insurance company due to hail damage!! Saved us so much time and money! And the roof looks amazing! If we only had the repair, we would have been doing that numerous times. These guys were so helpful and patient!
