I believe I've been going to Elgin Family Dental for about 15 years. I always ask for their first appointment of the day as I know medical offices can get behind throughout the day. I'm always seen on time. They' are professional, proficient and friendly.

I am a new patient here at Elgin Family Dental and I must say both of my experiences have been seriously phenomenal! Dr Herring is super kind and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. All of his staff is super friendly and kind. Jennifer is the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and I must say is an Angel! Super sweet and always take extra steps to make sure I am comfortable since I told her I was terrified of the dentist with my past terror experiences somewhere else where. She was empathetic and did such a great job making sure everything was tip top! Morgan was such educational and knowledgeable! Everyone at Elgin Family Dental is wonderful. Dr. Herring is a fantastic dentist, and very calming. His dental assistants are kind and do a great job. My hygienist is awesome! The front desk ladies are so pleasant, and helpful with everything.I highly recommend this place. The name fits, because they seem like a family, and they make you feel so comfortable. S Aube
