I reached out to Big Wrench because I prefer to keep things local and a friend referred me. I was not disappointed. They are busy (for a reason), I got a call once they looked my truck over and found everything that was wrong with it, quoted me a very reasonable price and about how long it would take. David went above and beyond; not only did the big things get fixed but he even let me know what caused some of the issues, made recommendations and fixed my gear shifter at no additional charge. I broke down in town and called and talked to Dave. I was towed over to his shop.. I was under a load and even though he was super busy he knew I had to get my load delivered. Got me in and out the next morning. I was able to get my load to reciever on time. I found my new mechanic shop. I would recommend him to anybody that wants great service and reasonable rates.
