It's been a while since I last had gone to get my nails done here. First time, good experience (1.5yrs ago) But a few days ago when I came, it was not the same experience. Wasn't offered anything to drink, which it's not that big of a deal. What made it so much worse was I wasn't being heard of what I wanted or when the lady was hurting me. I had grown my nails out so I wouldn't have to get a tip and I had asked for almond shape, but was cut down so small and very pointy. I have gone to this establishment for years now and it is hit or miss, depending on which patron serves you. One lady (Tram) gave me nail fungus - never again will she touch my hands. I usually go to Tracy, but this past time she was busy and I was on a tight schedule, so I let someone else service me. I received the SNS "nail dip" - the nails are so thin that at least 5 nails have chipped since I had then done 4 days ago. $50 is way too much to pay for nails that break in FOUR days! I had the best pedicure ever at Beyond Nails this week! I forgot to get my nail techs name but he was fantastic! I think the prices are fair and they have plenty of color options. Pedicure chairs are so comfy and it seems clean and sanitary. I just moved to Elgin and I will be a repeat customer.
