Just retired, my aim is to get healthy, start running/jogging like in my 20's-30's. I'm 65 and heavier now. However I started working out with a trainer at the "Y". His name is Joey, he is the very best trainer I have ever had, he is polite, attentive with my workouts, physical abilities and desires to finish a half marathon. Each session he gives me a workout sheet (homework) to do until next session, his sessions have given me the motivation to enter 5k city races in which I won a 3rd place medal?! I feel great and truly love the "Y", it's staff is courteous, friendly!
Nice gym... reasonable membership costs. Clean. I just wish they would make it affordable to people who want to try the gym $10 path I think is not affordable to some people for a Zumba class. Plus I wish they would fixer quipment faster when it breaks and not waiting 2 plus months to be able to use a machine when I'm paying a higher membership than some Gyms
:) This is simply a tiny token of appreciation for the wonderful work that you do. Thank you for doing so and blessings for doing so... an Edu©Invite for you. Welcome to our first Edu©Day Experience! It will be held at The Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo Cultural Center on 9.9.17 at 305 Yaya Lane. Our Edu©Day Experiences honor our extraordinary regional teachers while hosting a buffet of activities for children with disabilities to help them build self-esteem, skills, friendships and a sense of belonging. Please inform & invite your faculty, staff, friends & family to this trilingual engaging endeavor. We'ed be honored to have you. Our school mascots are not only the "event welcome committee", they are the audience entertainers (fun, funny football scrimmage games included!). Again, thanks for all you do & God bless.
