El tiempo de espera si es demasiado, ya que todo es walk in pero sinceramente un muy bien trato y el costo accesible, mi Perrito debe de regresar en 14 dias le dieron su medicamento de tratamiento para la casa, la revision de hoy, la curacion que requiria y la cita de revision ya no lleva costo, solo si vayan sabiendo que sedan unas 3 horas ahi pero si lo recomiendo
Really good service. They are always friendly and my dog is always as calm a she could possibly be at the vet.
It’s taken me a little while to be able to write this review but I believe it needs to be done for anyone needing help with the same situation I was in. I had to call them up one morning and ask about having to do the one thing we as animal lovers never want to do. It was time to help my sweet boy over the Rainbow Bridge. As soon as I called I began crying and she just knew and was so helpful over the phone. As I walked in the day ready to talk to the front desk, the tears started flowing again, again, she knew I was the one that called. They were so sensitive and great. Dr Terrazas made sure he explained every step and nothing moved forward till we were ready. The sensitivity the entire staff showed my family could not be beat. Though I wish I never had to make that decision I know I went to the right place. Even more so today when I received a sympathy card in the mail. Thank you all, taking the best care of my family and our sweet Tucker.
