VFW 8550 boasts being the "Friendliest Post in Texas" I am here to you it is the truth. The members and Officers there truly care and take care of the members. The night my Son past away, the officers of the post had me a flight back home the next morning. There is no limit to kindness and courtesy of the officers and members. I would tell every eligible Veteran out there to come and see for yourself. You will not find a better post in West Texas.
