Very professional. Took care of my concerns beyond my expectations. Fixed the shattered screen. Service was good, although it took them a little longer than the time frame they gave me, but not that much.
The way they treated me was wonderful. He didn't make me feel like an idiot, although I am as ignorant when it comes to electronics/ phones as ever, he explained things to my understanding. Thank you so much!
10000/10 they couldn’t fix my switch but did try everything and called me in advance to let me know. Then helped my brother fix a small issue on his computer for free. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. I will give them a chocolate next time I need their help.
