Made an appointment at 11 and salon is closed on Saturday they open at 9:30 and it’s closed don’t go here if I could give zero stars I would very unprofessional they don’t even answer the calls

Worse place ever. They charged me $618 dlls for highlights. I tried to talk to the owner Marisela about the charge and I was like I believe there’s a mistake cause that’s not the price you gave me and she keeps insisting it’s a fair price. I am reporting her to the BBB so the can do an investigation cause it’s a fraud to charge people more than you’re supposed to. As a friendly advise don’t go to that place

I am utterly disappointed with the services provided today. My mother's hair is a complete disaster, and to make matters worse, a $5 tip was added without our consent for the substandard service we received. Due to the incompetence displayed, I had to schedule a second appointment with a competent salon to rectify the errors made here. If the refund is not processed promptly. I strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this establishment for their salon needs.
