I have been coming with my daughter to get my fills for a long time and her nails as well. Umm today I just got a what I needed I didn’t get greeted then one of the employees yelled out oh I have appointments. That was rude and I didn’t want to get my nails done with her. I sat for a bit they never said they would be right with me nothing they all continued to do there
own business, for sure I would not go back to be ignored it’s not like if the services are free to be treated that way.

I went in asking for a nail soak off and then the dip service. I was told it would be 2 hours for the soak off and the dip service, but that she personally could do a fill. I went ahead and agreed with the full so I went and sat at her station and she started my nails and said "wow a lot of them are so lifted" hence why I wanted them all removed. She had to remove quite a few and do a new tip. During the beginning of the service she was on the phone with someone and she said "I'm stuck with a client, I'll be there at 1." And it was about 12:45. I felt like I was an inconvenience and then she continued to rush and do the service really sloppy.

Love my nails. Very elegant place, they have a bar (wine, margaritas, piña colada, water ECT.) And not to mention i was in and out. Loved my service. Pay for the experience and high quality work.Services: Nail designs
