Had a great experience. I took my 13 year old son who has very thick corse hair. He was so upset with his hair because it was unmanageable and he said the barber shops kept butchering his hair. He’s been wanting to ware his hair natural for a very long time and thanks to The Loft now he can. Very friendly and professional staff, they knew exactly what he needed. We will be returning.
